Once you send the form, a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible to talk through next steps and answer any questions you might have.

What happens after you get in touch?

After we hear from you, we’ll take a little time to understand what you’re looking for and what kind of support might be helpful.

This usually involves a short conversation where you can ask questions, share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, and get a sense of whether counselling feels right for you.
