Counsellors do not take sides and will not tell you what to do.  They will discuss your concerns with you and work with you to resolve the problems you are experiencing.
Before your counselling beings you will have a meeting with your Counsellors to discuss what you hope to achieve and to look at the various options available.

Future appointments with the Counsellor will follow, normally on a weekly basis.

The Counsellor may suggest that other family members or individuals could sometimes come along to some sessions.

The decision to do this is completely yours and with your agreement.

Before Counselling begins you will have an assessment consultation in order for your referral to be made to one of our counsellors appropriately experienced in helping you deal with your presenting issues.

Future appointments with your Counsellor will follow – normally on a weekly basis.
